The updated white ink delivery system designed specifically for the BY-20 DTF printer as well as new recirculating and choke systems that improve reliability and white ink density. The BY-20 uses about 60-65% of the initial cartridge to fill the lines in the new system – ink that is not discharged but remains in the system (with very little discharge) and is used to print projects.

With this in mind, we recommend including two (2) S-PG-WH cartridges to be sold with any new BY-20. Doing so will ensure that the user has enough ink to fill the lines for the initial ink fill and enough white ink to continue printing projects after that.
