Specialty Materials
- A reflective thermal transfer film consisting of very small glass beads embedded in a layer of polyester film to reflect almost all the light that shines on them.
- Cut this material in “mirror” image, 60(o) blade, slow cutting speed
- Application: cotton, uncoated polyester, fabric blends, lycra, wool, linen
- Be sure to remove heat liner before plotting
- Pre-Press garment for 5 sec.
- Press: 320(o)F for 3-5 seconds; A Teflon release sheet is recommended
- No nylon. Test on dazzle cloth, shiny polyester, and moisture-wicking fabrics.
- Firm even pressure, peel warm, 3-5 seconds, re-press 10-15 let cool, remove Teflon sheet
- Wash inside out, cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low heat
